This 120 days grain-fed premium beef is the award winning brand of the Australian Agricultural Company (AAco) founded in 1824. Produced from cattle born and raised on natural grasses of pristine OZ outback, it is a crossbred of Santa Gertrudis, Charolais, Senepol and/or Angus bringing the best in tenderness, flavour and consistency (graded).

This crossbred of Angus and Wagyu cattle (no less than 50% of Japanese genetics such as Tajima, Shimane, Tottori, …) represents the elite of the beef.  Kobe Cuisine Wagyu is famous all over the world for its tenderness, juicy flavour and fine marble.
